SESSION TIMES & PRICES
I do half-day and full-day tattoo sessions ONLY
Half Day: 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm
Full Day: 9am - 4pm
DEPOSITS
All bookings require a minimum $200 deposit to be secured.
All deposits are Non-refundable and cannot be transferred between clients
If you need to reschedule your appointment to another day 1-week notice will be required otherwise your deposit will be forfeited as any time frame less than this is generally very difficult to find someone to fill your spot.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Always let me know if you're unable to make it, a lot of unpaid research goes into your tattoo prior to your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable however they can be applied to future bookings if you have provided enough (1 week) notice.
CAN I SEE MY DESIGN PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT?
I will send you a rough drawing the night before your booking. I can make changes on the day of your session if needed. Please do not expect to see your design at any other time.
CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN ON THE DAY?
Please allow 15 minutes of your session time to go towards re sizing the design to fit, as well as any small basic changes. If you are looking to make a major change to your design or something that is going to take more than 15 minutes please understand that this comes out of your session and you will be charged from the time of you appointment until we finish.
CAN YOU COPY AN EXACT TATTOO FROM A PICTURE I HAVE?
I will not copy other people’s work. I pride myself on the unique tattoos that I do. What I will do is use the tattoo you like as reference to design a piece in the genre that is unique to my style and tattooing technique.
When you choose a tattoo artist it is usually because you like the style of tattoo that they do. Asking them to copy can be offensive and can put them in a difficult position with other artists. I have spent years researching tattooing and developing my style, and if you are happy with the work that I have previously done it is best to trust my ideas.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Get a good night sleep the night before your tattoo.
Have a good healthy breakfast and stay hydrated. Bring a bottle of water to your appointment. It is also important to keep your blood sugar up so bring some lollies or sugary drinks if you wish. You’re more than welcome to wear headphones and listen to your own music/movies.
Please, shower before your appointment!
And please don’t make or take phone calls while you are getting tattooed.
Bring a pillow! If you are sitting for a long time a pillow will make you far more comfortable.
Moisturise your skin once or twice a day where you are getting your tattoo, and drink plenty of water in the lead up to your appointment. These things will assist in keeping your skin hydrated and result in a better-looking tattoo.
Please come in 5mins early to fill out any forms and to go over the design.
CLOTHING
We need a decent amount of area exposed around the tattoo for stretching and cleaning the skin. Here are a few suggestions to make things easier for both you and your artist:
1. Wear loose comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
2. Wear clothing you won’t mind getting ink stains on
3. Wear loose fitting shorts if you are getting your thigh tattooed.
4. If you’re a female getting your back done and don’t want your chest exposed, wear a button up or zipper down shirt so that you can wear it backwards like a smock
5. For females getting your chest/sternum done - Wear bras or bikinis that clasp in front
6. If you are getting your feet tattooed wear thongs or loose shoes. Your feet swell. Also, please be courteous and wash your feet!
7. Bring something to put your hair up. If you have long hair and are getting neck or shoulder area tattooed, it is good to have a way to get your hair up and off the skin.
8. Shave areas that are being tattooed if they are excessively hairy with an electric razor/clippers. Your tattooed area is always shaven to clean, and surface prepped for tattoo application. We only use disposable razors which are limited in ability to get through excessively hairy areas.
DO YOU TAKE EFTPOS?
EFTPOS is available for all deposits, vouchers, aftercare products, and clothing. I also accept cash or EFTPOS for tattoo sessions.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes. There is 2 hour parking directly out the front of the shop and immediately surrounding but for full day free parking, park behind the council offices.
TATTOOING OVER SCARS
Yes, I tattoo over some scars, but I do require a consult in person to see what I’m able to achieve. This is important because without knowing the texture of the skin and density of the scar I’m at a loss for how to design a piece to suit.
However, if your scarring is light and flat to the touch It may not require an in person consult.
I like scars to be at least three years old.
Please send photos with your booking request so I’m able to let you know.
HOW LONG IS A DAY SESSION?
A day session is approximately 7 hours starting from 9am to around 4pm.
Setup time and breaks are included in this time. Some sessions can extend longer depending on what is required of that tattoo, please allow for extra time but please do not expect it.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW
If you have any of the following, please let me know:
Diabetes, epilepsy, hepatitis, haemophilia, HIV-AIDS or any other communicable disease, heart condition, or if you take any medication that thins the blood.
I need to know if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you are pregnant, or if you are breastfeeding.
Please also tell me if you suffer from any medical or skin conditions such as, but not limited to acne, scarring (Keloid) eczema, psoriasis, freckles, moles or sunburn in the area to be tattooed that may interfere with the tattoo.
PLEASE DO NOT come to your tattoo appointment if you are getting sick or if you already are sick. Let me know and we will reschedule.
Thank you
I really appreciate your support and thank you for waiting patiently for an appointment.
It means a great deal to me that I get to do something I love every day and create tattoos for people who enjoy my work.
